In order to overcome the chip cooling problem, the team through social practice and field research, dig deep into the market product pain points, focus on solving the chip cooling diversification needs, around the weight, low efficiency, high noise of the three major pain points, proposed based on the loop heat pipe technology miniaturization technology chip-level radiator. After years of technical research, we have overcome many technical problems such as micro-nano manufacturing, heat and mass transfer, and successfully constructed micro-loop heat pipe radiators directly on semiconductor materials to achieve efficient heat dissipation directly on hot spots. On the basis of the research and development of two-phase flow thermal control, the two-phase heat dissipation technology of pump drive is carried out, and the heat transfer efficiency and energy efficiency of the data center are significantly improved.

Shandong University's "China' core' heat dissipation" student innovation team team adheres to the concept of "demand-oriented and practical, and adopts the concept of research and development, application and improvement at the same time" for the development of new technologies and methods, and continuously optimizes the product architecture. Adopt the scientific research idea of "promoting production by learning, combining production and learning. In the field of transformation of dual-creation achievements, the team has applied for 23 patents, of which 8 have been authorized and 2 SCI papers have been published. He has successively won the 13th "Challenge Cup" National Silver Award, the 7th "Internet" National Silver Award, the 8th China International "Internet" National Gold Award, and the 18th "Challenge Cup" Academic Competition National Special Award.
